Service Description

Our consultations are: - All online via Teams or phone. - If you subsequently choose us to assist with a visa or immigration matter within 14 calendar days of your consultation, we will deduct or, partly deduct (depending on the service), that consultation fee from the overall charge. Consults are available during business hours, Monday to Friday (9AM to 5PM, AEST). We require information on your background to provide suitable advice on your situation. You will be asked to complete the questionnaire after selecting your appointment time. The consultation fee must be made at the time of booking the appointment or prior to your consultation. If you have not paid for a consultation before 5pm the day before your consultation, we cannot guarantee that our registered migration agents will be available to take the appointment.
